Chris Kelley (of Blue Pearl Yoga) is offering a 5 week series of Meditation classes at Shakti Studio in Annapolis, MD. The classes will take place Wednesday nights from 7:45 to 8:45PM from October 19th to November 16th.
I’ve taken a lot of classes with Chris – she’s one of my favorite Yoga instructors – fun classes, great sense of humor and a great, varied knowledge of many different aspects of Yoga with a great deal of training in Pranayama and Meditation. Here are some excerpts from her class flyer…
Need a chance to get away from the rush of everydat life and develop your own inner strength?

- Do you want to learn how to meditate?
Let’s come together to create the space that will allow us the time and support to begin feeling the benefits of meditation. We will explore some basic meditation techniques and play with common difficulties of a home meditation practice.
This is not an asana (posture) practice. If you would like to add a physical practice, you might want to come to Chris’s earlier 6:00pm yoga class.
Add asana and Wednesday nights could be your Personal Pretreat Nights.
