Six $10 Annapolis Holiday Yoga classes added by Golden Heart Yoga

Just submitted  to the Annapolis Yoga Calendar, Golden Heart Yoga has added 6 discounted holiday classes to their schedule.  All classes are one hour long and are open to the public for $10 and include Yoga Fundamentals, Open Level Classes, Vinyasa and Kundalini.   Instructors will be  Joannie, Aimee, Elizabeth and Dana. Crofton Yoga offers six donation based classes for the holidays.

Just added to the Annapolis Yoga Calendar,  Crofton Yoga is having their Fourth Annual Yoga for a Cause Event December 27th – 31st. The event will consist for six donation based classes (four of them Yoga) with 100% of the $15 donation per class going towards a charity which the instructor is passionate about. Here are the Yoga events…. December 27th – Kids Yoga with Rachel Mine, 9:30 am – 10:15 am. 100% of the $15 donation for the Kids Yoga class goes to the Children’s Hunger Fund. December 28th – Level 1-2 Yoga with Amy Quade, 7:00 pm – 8:15 pm 100% of the $15 donation for the Level 1-2 Yoga class goes to the Arundel House of Hope. December 29th – Dynamic Flow with Eric Brown, 6:30 pm – 8 pm with Eric Brown 100% of the $15 donation for the Dynamic Flow class goes to the House of Ruth. December 31st – Level 1 Yoga with Rachel Lightcap, 8:15 am-9:30 am 100% of the $15 donation for the Level 1 class goes to the National Capital Lyme Disease Association.
