Interview with Sue Schmitt about Michael Lee's (Pheonix Rising Yoga Therapy creator) upcoming Annapolis visit and workshop

I recently got to sit down with Sue Schmitt, owner of Shakti Studio in Annapolis and ask her some questions about Michael Lee’s first visit to Annapolis and the Pheonix Rising Workshop he’ll be giving at Shakti Studio on November 5th and 6th. Update: There are still a limited number of tickets available as of the time of this post, but the event is anticipated to sell out.   The weekend workshop consists of three separate workshops.  Tickets can be purchased for the entire 3-part workshop or for individual workshops directly via the following URL.  You can also download a flyer about the event with specific times of the three workshops here. As a result, I started trying just about every different type of yoga class and yoga studio in the area to find which classes and which instructors could help the most. The good news for me is that I’m about 80% better now and feel the best that I felt the last 3 years. That’s a huge quality of life difference for me. Back then I was bed ridden for weeks at a time, would wake up most days not able to feel my legs, feet or toes and when I did feel sensations, they could best be described as a fiery pain probably about 9 out of 10 on the pain scale. As a result, I was on some...
